To actively respond to the call from the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government on promoting high-quality development of characteristic industries, and to build a bridge for collaborative development between upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry chain, representatives from member companies of the Hainan Rice Association's Zaopocu Committee visited Hainan Salt Industry Group on the afternoon of 11 month 24. The two sides held a productive symposium under the theme "Using Salt as a Medium to Foster Cooperation and Jointly Promote High-Quality Development of Hainan's Zaopocu Industry."The symposium was chaired by Chen Xu, Party Secretary and Chairman of Hainan Salt Industry. Li Jia, member of the Party Committee and Executive Vice General Manager of Hainan Salt Industry, Lai Yaqin, Executive Deputy Minister of the Marketing Division, and other relevant officials attended.Lin Xing, President of the Hainan Rice Association, Yang Yicheng, Chair of the Zaopo Vinegar Committee, and 11 other association and enterprise representatives attended the meeting.

At the outset of the symposium, both sides agreed that as a signature dish of Hainan cuisine, Zaopo Cu's unique flavor stems from its commitment to high-quality local ingredients: the rich base created by fermenting premium Hainan rice and the essential seasoning provided by Hainan sea salt together form the solid foundation of its distinctive taste.This shared "local DNA" lays a solid foundation for our collaboration.At the meeting, Salt Industry Group provided attendees with a detailed overview of the company's development history, state-owned assets, end-to-end quality control system, and diverse product portfolio.As a large state-owned enterprise directly under the provincial government, we are actively planning strategic transformation and committed to developing high-quality derivatives such as our Old Salt series. With renewed innovation vitality, we aim to serve local industries more effectively, opening vast opportunities for deep collaboration between our organizations.During the discussion, representatives from Zaopacu vinegar companies freely shared their views and engaged in an in-depth exchange regarding salt usage requirements in actual production.There is strong demand for professional curing salt, with urgent calls for the Salt Industry Group to develop a custom product tailored to the zaoba cu production process. This will enhance product value and market competitiveness.

The atmosphere was vibrant, with dynamic exchanges of ideas.Association representatives, taking a market-driven approach, proposed several forward-looking collaboration directions—including "customized development," "deep supply chain synergy," "shared channel resources," and "joint brand promotion"—providing a clear roadmap for the next phase of concrete coordination between the two parties.The symposium successfully established an efficient, practical communication platform. Both parties reached multiple consensus on key issues including brand planning, product requirements, and cooperation models.This marks not only a significant partnership between Hainan Salt Industry and the Zaopoacu industry, but also a vivid example of state-owned enterprises collaborating with local specialty industries for mutual development and shared benefits.In the future, Hainan Salt Industry will adopt a more open approach, collaborating closely with the Hainan Rice Association and vinegar residue enterprises to actively drive the implementation and effectiveness of meeting outcomes.We are confident that uniting strengths through salt will inject powerful new momentum into the high-quality development of Hainan's distinctive industries!
